2. Use hashtags: #HolidayFairTO & #HolidayFairPhoto
3. Share your photo entry in your Instagram story
By submitting your photo you are agreeing to full contest rules below.
Entries will not be accepted unless all contest entry rules above are followed. One photo = one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, but they must be different photos in order to be considered an entry. You cannot resubmit the same photo.
Entries will be judged by Holiday Fair in the Square and Epilepsy Toronto. All decisions are final. Holiday Fair in the Square and Epilepsy Toronto reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Holiday Fair in the Square and Epilepsy Toronto for advertising purposes, with appropriate attribution. By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos can be posted on Holiday Fair in the Square and Epilepsy Toronto’s website, social media channels, and other digital channels with credit to the photographer.
Contest deadline is December 23, 2022 at 11:59pm. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
The winner will be announced the week of January 2, 2023. The winner will be contacted via Instagram. If no response is received after [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
The prize will be delivered via e-transfer and contest winner must be able to provide an email address to accept the e-transfer.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
