We have several exciting roles for you:

1. Santa's Helpers:

• Have a jolly good time spreading cheer and holiday spirit as one of Santa's Helpers. Your tasks will include collecting donations from visitors in exchange for pictures with Santa and taking memorable photos for families. All donations collected will go directly to supporting Epilepsy Toronto's vital work.

2. Holiday Fair Cafe for A Cause:

• If you're ready to warm hearts (and hands) this season, join us at the Holiday Fair Cafe for A Cause. Here, you'll be selling delightful hot beverages like hot chocolate and hot apple cider, as well as making and selling s’more kits. All the funds collected from sales support Epilepsy Toronto.

3. Festival Floaters:

• As a festival Floater, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers to Santa’s Village. Additionally, you'll have the important role of floating around, ensuring all aspects of the event are running smoothly. We are also looking for Bartending assistants and fireplace managers. You'll be trusted to keep everything in order and maintain the holiday spirit.

4. Photographer/Videographer:

• We are looking for photographers and videographers to help capture the magic of this event. If you are interested, please email your portfolio to volunteers@epilepsytoronto.org

5. Set Up / Takedown Team:

• We are also looking for help setting up December 1 - 5 and/or taking down December 23rd - 24th. Set Up involves helping to decorate the trees and the garland, hanging lights and signs, making s’more kits and organizing materials, helping to make the event festive, and turning the square into a winter wonderland.
